Half-day Part-time Admin Assistant – Meyersdal

Job Description

Student required to assist with part-time, half day admin position. 2 x a week, either mornings or afternoons.

Applicants must have their own car and drivers license.

Responsibilities will include inter alia:

  • Filing
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Errands such as post-office drop off’s, SARS drop offs, ad-hoc personal shopping etc.
  • Booking of personal appointments
  • Recording of personal slips on excel spreadsheets
  • Internet / google research – various
  • Other ad hoc tasks of a similar nature

Some tasks can be done at home. Others will need require pick up and drop offs and working in the Meyersdal (Alberton area).
